Lexington East Elite is bringing girls flag football to Pikeville and Eastern Kentucky!

Whether your daughter is brand new to flag football or already has experience, this division is designed to help her learn the game, develop her skills, build confidence and compete in an exciting all-girls environment.

No previous flag football experience is required.

This is more than signing up for games. We teach. We train. We develop. Then we compete.

FALL 2026 SEASON

Age Divisions:
10–13 Years Old
14–18 Years Old — Player may be 18 as long as she was still 17 on August 1, 2026.

Game Times:
Games will be scheduled between 1:00 PM–6:00 PM. Exact game times will be announced after registration and team formation.

We understand that athletes may participate in other sports and activities. Schedule accommodations will be considered whenever possible.

NEW TO FLAG FOOTBALL? YOU’RE WELCOME HERE.

You don't have to already know the game to become a good flag football player.

Our goal is to teach players how to play, not simply place them on a roster.

Players will have opportunities to work on fundamentals, routes, catching, throwing, flag pulling, defense, positioning, game concepts and overall football IQ while learning how to compete with confidence.

Experienced players will also have opportunities to continue developing and challenge themselves against other athletes.

PRACTICES

Practices will normally be held one hour before each scheduled game at the game location unless your coach schedules practice differently.

Coaches may also communicate additional training or practice opportunities throughout the season.

We want our players to get more than games. Development is part of the East Elite experience.

LOCAL REGISTRATION

Want to stay closer to home?

Choose Local Registration to participate primarily in the Eastern Kentucky/Pikeville schedule.

This is a great option for girls who want to learn the game, develop their skills and compete while keeping their participation primarily in Eastern Kentucky.

REGIONAL REGISTRATION

Want even more opportunities?

Choose Regional Registration for opportunities to participate with Eastern Kentucky and Lexington-area teams.

Regional participation can provide players with additional competition, different opponents and opportunities to experience flag football outside their local division.

Families choosing Regional should be prepared for some travel between Pikeville and Lexington as regional opportunities are scheduled.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU REGISTER?

Once registrations are received, Lexington East Elite will begin organizing players into their appropriate age divisions and forming teams.

Registered families will receive information regarding:

Team Placement • Coaches • Game Times • Practices • Season Updates

We will communicate directly with families as the season approaches so you'll know where your player needs to be and when.

TEAM FORMATION

Teams and divisions are formed based on registration numbers.

Lexington East Elite may combine, adjust or restructure teams when necessary to create the best possible playing experience for our athletes.

If registration numbers do not allow us to form a particular team or division as planned, affected families will be contacted regarding available options.
