Lexington East Elite continues to grow by creating opportunities that extend beyond the field. In addition to training and competition, we are introducing organized events and East Elite Trips designed to provide meaningful experiences while supporting the long-term growth of the program.
These opportunities are built with purpose, planning, and a commitment to serving both our athletes and the surrounding community.
Why Events and Trips Matter
Providing consistent, high-quality opportunities requires thoughtful planning and reliable resources. Travel, facilities, coordination, and programming all come with real costs. Events and trips allow us to create valuable experiences for participants while generating support that helps secure space, plan future programming, and strengthen Lexington East Elite.
Our goal is to build sustainability while continuing to offer organized, well-structured opportunities.
East Elite Trips
East Elite Trips are same-day, organized travel experiences departing from Lexington, Kentucky. Trips are designed to allow travel, participation in an event or experience, and return within the same day. Transportation is arranged through a luxury charter bus to ensure safety, comfort, and organization.
Trips will have a cost associated with them, which helps cover travel expenses and supports the continued growth of Lexington East Elite.
Community Access and Participation
East Elite Trips are designed to be inclusive. While many trips will involve Lexington East Elite athletes, participation may also be open to non-program athletes and community members when space allows and all required approvals are met.
Opening trips to the broader community allows us to create shared experiences, introduce new families to Lexington East Elite, and generate additional support that helps fund future opportunities. All participants are held to the same expectations regarding conduct, supervision, and trip guidelines.
Supporting Growth Through Events and Merchandise
In addition to trips, Lexington East Elite will continue hosting events and offering merchandise as part of our funding model. Events and merchandise sales help support operational needs while keeping opportunities organized, accessible, and consistent.
Every event attended and every item purchased contributes directly to strengthening the program and expanding future opportunities.
